Courtenay Rogers was born in San Diego, California but her family has deep roots in Franklin, Tennessee. She is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served as an officer aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Grace Hopper (DDG-70) after earning her B.A. in Naval Science from the University of Mississippi. Her leadership and operations experience in the Navy led to her career track in project management, technology, marketing and ultimately title services. She lives in Franklin with her husband and her teenaged daughter. They enjoy cooking together, waterfall adventures and spending time with family both in Tennessee and Alabama.
Courtenay is a resister of the oxford comma and stands firmly in her decision not to use it.
