Tricia was born in Greeneville, Tennessee, grew up in Missouri and has been in Franklin for 22 years.  She has a BS from Northwest Missouri State specializing in therapeutic recreation.  She has over 20 years experience in the title industry, the majority spent on the post-closing side.  She lives in Arrington with her husband,  two children, cows, chickens, a horse and a dog.  They enjoy traveling, finding off-the-beaten path sites and serving in their church.
